Need for Display Options Java API's

There is very less support for Java API's for display options

We want to display only specific operations for any block/class as well we cannot fetch what all operations are being displayed in block/class

Manually using rhapsody UI we can do this by Right Clicking a block -> Display Options -> Compartments -> Edit displayed element list (for Explicit)

But there is no java api support for this

    I had recently opened case TS008329187 to evaluate whether any method existed to set display of object nodes' compartment display (an explicit set of tags) as a project setting, multiple selection, or via Rhapsody API. Both the assigned IBM Support rep and I were unable to come up with any method, aside from manually, individually setting the display option on each object node. Aside from the impracticality of managing this setting on a project-wide level for thousands of modeled object nodes, modification of the object nodes' tags can sometimes "revert" the already configured display options for those object nodes.

    This RFE may be implemented in a forthcoming release as part of a project to update and enhance the Rhapsody APis.
