Opening Rhapsody for batch processing

Multiple ways to open Rhapsody in the background exist with different user experiences once we bringWindowToTop. Examples:
• Using Rhapsody API to open an instance of Rhapsody through the RhpAppServer - Search box is not fully enabled
• Open Rhapsody via command line with -hiddenui option - custom tooltips do not function properly
• Open Rhapsody via command line with -hiddenui option - when a application instance is started, even though the UI is not visible, it steals the window focus so a user typing on a different application is interrupted mid sentence
• Open Rhapsody via command line with hiddenui option - sometimes artifacts of Rhapsody will be displayed even though the application ui is still hidden. For instance there may be a feature window open on the desktop even though Rhapsody is not in the task bar. Users can even interact with the feature window indicating it's a real dialog
