Scoped Enumeration in Animation

Enhance Request to support scoped Enumeration and to use it in Animation.
I want the following behavior.
- User can use the literal of an enumeration whose name is as same as the name of literal of another enumeration.
- The behavior is as same as C++11 enum class.
- Rhapsody supports to use the literal name of the enumeration in Animation using "CPP_CG::Type::GenerateSerializationFunctions" property. The user can use it for scoped enumeration.
