Support relative (from profile) addressing of "customize_menu.xml"

Rhapsody currently does not allow us to distribute "_customize_menu.xml" with an own profile:
- typically profile elements (e.g. prp file) can be addressed with a relative path from the profile sbsx.
- however the customize_menu.xml requires an absolute path.
However this absolute path is not constant for profiles distributed via SW config mgt (e.g. RTC SCM).

Note: A relative path from the project rpy is working - but that path is also not constant.

I agree. We have the same need and problem. The perspectives feature is potentially very useful, but IBM do not seem to have thought out the use-case for distribution of custom perspectives.

It is obviously convenient to distribute the customisation as part of a profile. But it is not acceptable to store the profile in the $OMROOT\Profiles folder and use file paths relative to $OMROOT, because each of our models is stored and checked out of configuration management into a sandbox folder, along with the specific versions of profiles that it uses. It is very important that profiles work in arbitrary folder locations relative to the model.
