Allow adding of anchors to the elements in Referenced Profiles

In Rhapsody, if an anchor needs to be added to an element which is in a Referenced Profile an error is thrown as "Couldn't modify read only elements".

But whereas a dependency can be added to the same element which is in a Referenced Profile.

To work with Pure Variants, we need anchors to link between constraints (constraints are from Referenced Profile) and elements.

Adding an anchor to the element that is present in Referenced Profile, would give us an advantage of maintaining the elements within the project.

I think that we should better understand the use case, especially since you want to use it to link to a 3rd party tool (PureV).

We should discuss this as part of our periodic reviews.

    Thanks!
