Do not reset to zero the PM counters when an asset is moved to other location

Currently, when an asset is moved from one location, the counter resets to zero and must be manually updated at the new location.

On average, an asset can change location 3 times in a period of one year and the current process of reset the counters prevents the sequence of the most distant job plans from being reached, in addition to the fact that it is necessary to manually update the PM counter every time the change of location is made and the organization have around of 360000 assets.
