Duplicate TCERS Should be possible with same Test Plan, Iteration and Environment

Sometimes ,we need to test the same Test Case within same Iteration and Environment on multiple Vehicle Types. So in that case We should be able to Duplicate TCERS and can select a Custom attribute Object type on TCER.
