Storeroom restrictions are not applied in MIF

As detailed in the case TS005052239 : Storeroom restriction are correctly applied in Maximo applications. But theses restrictions are not applied during MIF interactions.

Receiving and Inspecting an unserviceable equipment of UNSERVICEABLE status should not result in a change to OPERATING

After receiving and inspection of an equipment which has UNSERVICEABLE status, the equipment returns to OPERATING. Issue discussed in the case TS004443689

An installed equipment with U/S status is not checked by the BDI

In the current version of MFA 7.6.8.2, the BDI service does not raise an error or warning or alert when an equipment installed on a position in the hierarchy of an aircraft is in out of service status (unserviceable, nor ready or others synonymous).

Allow Inventory Usage from a storeroom to a Salvage location

If an equipment is in a Storeroom and must be move to a SALVAGE location, it is not possible to do it directly with an Inventory Usage.

Inventory Usage: Roll down the assetnum from the shipment creation to the inventory usage if the quantity is 1

On an inventory usage, if the equipment is selected during the shipment creation, the information isn't rolled down to the inventory usage.
