Disallow (somehow) accidentally clicking wrong dataset when adding one to a new project because it pulls it from the original project.

There is no warning at all that it accidentally got pulled from another project that is running on the line. This could stop the line!!!!!!!! Very BAD!!!! Eric Gamble can show you how this happened.
