Limit number of levels in classification hierarchy

It would be helpful if there were an OOB way to limit number of levels in a classification hierarchy. For example, limit the number of classification levels to four: A \ B \ C \ D \ E --> throw an error when user tries to create classification E.

Job Plan Conditions should work with PM/JP/Route

Currently, Job Plan Conditions aren't honored when WOs are created from a PM that has a Job Plan and a Route. It would be helpful if Maximo could be enhanced so that Job Plan Conditions work in that scenario.
