Add the Asset.FailureClass (Failure Code) to the Asset Template Application

Failure code is used extensionally in Asset Managment, it needs to be added to the Asset Template application for data efficiency.

Create an "undo" button that does not force exit out of the record being viewed. Using "clear changes" exits out of a record when using it.

Everyone will benefit from this. Being able to undo changes, without having to remember what record you were viewing will increase efficiency and functionality.
