    Graphical assignment > assignment tab, add ability to resize window, similar to what we have Graphical Scheduling

    Currently in MAS within graphical assignment > assignment tab. It has an unused white space at the bottom. This is taking away screen real-estate. In 7.6 the assignment window covered more of the screen. Want the ability to resize window.
