    Support for Visual Studio 2019

    Rhapsody should support Visual Studio 2019, both as an IDE and a CG environment.

    Makefile for MINGW: LIBS should use same path separator as INST_LIBS, OXF_LIBS

    Currently only variable LIBS seems to use a backslash \ as path separator. Other variables e.g. INST_LIBS, OXF_LIBS use slash /. So please use also / for LIBS. I recommend this harmonization for consistency reasons, even if both work with MINGW.

    addToModelByReference to make rhapsody convert to relative path

    We use our model development kit to automatically add required model reference data. It is important that these references have relative paths as the path for our local contexts changes with Model Year and candence.

    Allow WO app to change Lead and Supervisor like Owner on multiple WOs

    In the "Select Action" menu on the Work Order Tracking (Oil) application there is an entry "Select Owner" that allows owners on multiple WOs to be changed at once. We would like this same capability for "Lead"s and "Supervisor"s.

    When doing add to model through API have a status feedback of pass or failure.

    When doing add to model through API would like a status feedback of pass or failure.  Additionally, a way to get the cause as well (e.g. as guid conflict, already in model, etc). Finally, would also like it to return a handle to the unit.
