Allow specific users to edit scheduled absences of a user

Plan upload time is slow due to excluding work-item on the Web-UI client and not DB

As a matrix organization, we have traditional (not quick planner) plans with many exclusions, the screening out is not done on the DB fetching (SQL query) but is done on the Web-UI client side, which takes triple time and more to load/refresh.

Configurable hierarchical information in tree view of plan

When I am in a sprint plan, (or any plan for that matter), I would like it to be configurable which levels of the hierarchy are presented to me. I don't always need to see the whole hierarchy.

Unable to sequence the work items status columns in a KANBAN view

When we create a Kanban view, i am not able to change the sequence of the columns (plotted as per the status) plotted as per the work item status

RTC does not allow to Add/hide/Remove/Change the order of the plan types

The Plan types is RTC is predefined. In some cases we need to create new hide few or reorder them. which i am unable to do today.

The Plan view shall allow to filter the existing Plan based upon the Plan Types (Release Backlog, Iteration Backlog etc)

In a forest of the plans created, It becomes vey difficult to filter certain plans by the type and identify them by the icon
