Installation should select latest version of compiler

Just now the installer leaves a factoryC++.prp file with many versions of VS listed, but doesn't even default to the latest...even when it know which versions of VS are installed. This should be selectable at install time.

Creating links between RMM Elements and RM and QM Artifacts while using the AM/CCM Model Webview should allow users to work in the context of a change set.

It would helpful if when creating links from RMM elements to RM and QM artifacts while in the AM/CCM model webview the user could work in the context of a change set and allow all of the links created at that time to be added to a single change set.
