Copy Image URL for a diagram in RMM web view

Automatically set "resolve as merged" in RTC client after having completed the merging in the Rhapsody DIffMerge tool

After merging the result using Rhapsody Diff merge, users have to explicitly select the "resolve as merged" option before check in.
