Enable the Test Env option while duplicating the TCER in same test plan

Currently, only options to edit when duplicating the TCER is test plan, test case, and iteration.And with respect to duplicate the TCER in same test plan with same iteration we want to make test env option enable.

The overall UI layout is not friendly

The overall UI layout is not friendly. Too much “not frequently used” information is displayed in the main page, but user has to click several items to get the key information to navigate the test cases/result.

Expose renamed Execution state of Test Suite/cases in Engineering Test Management so that renamed Execution state can be used in Java Reporting Service

Currently, if you rename Execution state of Test cases and Test Suites in ETM, afterward, query these Test Cases/Test Suites from Java Reporting Service (JRS), still the default values of Execution state will be shown in the result of the query.
