Allow Multi-window Working

Hi Envizi, Could we consider the possibility of accessing the platform via multiple windows simultaneously. So that it is easier for double checking and allows for more efficient works as well.

Increase timeout period

The short timeouts are wasting a lot of time having to close multiple tabs, log back in and click multiple links to get back where one was working. Please increase timeout to at least 3 hours, ideally 6 hours.
