Remove from View on right-click menu for Graphical Elements

On diagram, there are no "Remove from View" item in the right-click menu on the graphical elements(notes, line and etc.).

Need menu option to revert toolbar positions to default

The Rhapsody interface should provide an option to restore / revert all toolbar positions to their defaults. These defaults should be determined the first time Rhapsody is launched and / or the user should be able to specify a new default.

Support FMI 2.0

Currently just FMI 1.0 is supported by Rhapsody. We get from our customers models with FMI 2.0. So it would be great to upgrade the interface to 2.0, so that we can import also those models.

Cygwin/MinGW/Linux: ar command with outdated arguments
