Should be able to define a directory for Library files

Source files and object files can be forced into a user defined folder via a property but now such property is available for library files (e.g. *.lib, *.a). It would be useful to be able to specify that all library files be in a single folder.

Sandbox manager -- Enhancement to have callback so we can handle the reload of units and avoid prompting the user

We want to be able to handle the reload of units without having to prompt the user. Solution would be to add a callback to Rhapsody to spy on the model.
