Enable helper menu for Table cells in a table view

Currently Rhapsody is not supporting to enable helper option menu when user right click on any table cell in a table. This feature is useful for users to any functionality has to adapted via helper for table cells.

"Rich over" display from DNG to DM, show models first and then properties with "show more"

In practice when you link requirements (DNG) to models (DM) in JAZZ the most important information when you display the "rich over" from DNG is seeing the models (diagrams, ...) first instead of its properties. But by default the "rich over" shows...
