I understand MSSCI plugins exist for these CM tools but these are not formally supported. Some MSSCI plugins does not work well such as Tamtam SVN plugin.

Note: Because Rhapsody is an SCC‑compliant IDE, it can communicate with any configuration management tool that conform to the SCC standard. Note, however, that Rational® Synergy, ClearCase® , IBM Engineering Workflow Management, and Serena PVCS Dimensions are the only SCC tools supported by Rhapsody .
