Show streams from the current project area by default

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

In the Eclipse EWM client, whenever we use actions like Compare With, Change Flow Target, Replace Baseline, etc. and we are asked to choose a stream, the stream selection window opens with a search field and either an empty list or a list of recently accessed streams. The list then gets populated with new matches when we start typing in the search field.

We would like it to automatically populate with the list of streams in the current project area by default.
By "current project area" in case several are connected, I mean the one that contains the element from which we triggered the action initially.

For example, if I open Team Artifacts, browse to a Project Area's Source Control > All Streams, then right click a stream contained in the project area and choose Compare With > Another Repository Workspace or Stream..., then I would like the "Select a Stream or Repository Workspace" window to show me the list of streams that appear next to the one I picked in the Team Artifacts view, i.e. those from the same Project Area.

The EWM Ideas Review board looked at this request and decided to keep it on the Backlog as an uncommitted candidate for a future release.
