Should be able to move Imported ReqIf modules

In the export ReqIf definition we selected, Locks for local data: "No Locks. Exported data are read only"

I understand that we cannot change the data, but it should be possible to move the module to other folder to organize the data properly. This is doable in DOORS Next.

If the project ends up with multiple ReqIf from various source (provider/customer/...), it is hard to manage the information if they cannot organize the folders to their likes.

Also, if new version are imported, the merge should successfully update the the data in the moved module.
