ReqIF option 'No locks. Exported data is read-only.' should instead read something like this: 'No locks. Update not possible'

The current option wording is misleading for customers.

A ReqIf-Export without option to update exported date is something that is not the intention of primary function of ReqIF:

See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Requirements_Interchange_Format

"Requirements are typically elicited during the early phase of product development. This is the primary application of ReqIF, as development across organizations is happening more and more often. ReqIF allows for sharing of requirements between partners, even if different tools are used. In contrast to formats like Word, Excel or PDF, ReqIF allows for a loss-free exchange...."

A correction to the title above - the ReqIF option 'No locks' should instead read something like 'No locks. Remote updates possible but data cannot be merged'.

This would make it clearer to users that this option means any updates to the data in the remote database cannot be merged.
