This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Additionally we will get into new problems, when we move to ZeroTrust ... this adds about 20ms delay (from DOORS Clients to the Server) to the connections and I'am pretty sure, DOORS is not so tolerant?!
An idea for a more tolerate connection can be a local storage of data which is updated on-demand or from time-to-time with the Server.
Also if the connection is lost due to network interruption, the connection must be smooth re-connected, so the session must not loose the not-saved data.
As network interruption is one of the most important case to loose data and corrupt modules, a re-connection (and re-save) should avoid this data loss.
Additionally a corrupt module and data loss produces a lot of administrative effort because restoring a backup. And additionally, restoring a modules file-data can only be processed whilst the DB-Server is down! That is a nightmare for heavily used databases.
