GC link enhancement for compare configuration GUI

When linking between artifacts in different components using a global configuration, the compare configuration GUI currently says "The target of the link is not in the configuration".

However, as of version 7.0.2 some of the behavior around links to things in that aren't visible in the current configuration have changed. Prior to 7.0.2 the "artifact links" area used to list the address of the artifact that it couldn't see, but as of 7.0.2 it now displays something like "Artifact: 12345".
Also, the new report that you're able to generate as of 7.0.2 will also include the link type and the ID of the linked artifact even if that artifact isn't in the current configuration.

That same functional change should be incorporated into the compare configuration GUI, so that it would list the artifact IDs for the links that changed across the things being compared.

Well, I'm an [Deleted]. I was looking at what it was inserting into the "artifact links" entries and in the new report and assuming it was listing the ID of the linked artifacts. Nope, it's actually showing the ID of the *current* artifact, not the linked artifacts.

Nevermind on this, I guess. I'll have to wait and hope that RFE 134772 is implemented.
