Display (Archived) for users in DNG

In some portion of the tool, the word (Archived) is appended to the end of an archived users name, making it very clear to the user that the person is no longer part of the project. We'd like to see this displayed everywhere that a username occurs. This is important in case a review or comment appears to be waiting on someone who will never respond. This is an extension of part of the ask submitted in https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewRfe&CR_ID=150128
We'd like this displayed everywhere (including in reviews). Known places where archived is not displayed:
• Artifact Created By / Modified By attribute
• Artifact Locks
• Team Members Widget
• Reviews Created By / Modified By attribute
• Review Participant
