It should be possible to better control who gets e-mail notification in DNG

When someone create a comment in a DNG artifact, by default the user who created this artifact automatically still listed as recipient in recipient field, even if he no longer is a member of the project area which this artifact belongs to.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it does not fit our near-term plans. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository.

    I am strongly in favor of implementing this proposed enhancement. As the DNG client-side administrator at my organization, I set up all new project areas for the other users. Often, this involves importing large number of artifacts from DOORS 9.6. This makes me the creator of the artifacts as far as DNG is concerned. Thus, my name is auto-populated in the "Directed to:" field for all subsequent comments to these artifacts, even if I am not a member of the project area in question. This results in a lot of emails of no value in my inbox. It seems obvious to me that the end user should have control of this behavior.
