Reviews and Review Reports do not show the Approval/Review Status per user for each artifact.

The Reviews and Review Reports do not show the Approval/Review status from each Approver/Reviewer per artifact in the Reviews. In terms of the Review Report, this is important information to have as a record outside of DOORS Next. All we can see in the Reviews and the Review Report is the count of Approvals/Reviews/Disapprovals, but not for which artifact unless there is an Approval/Review/Dis with a Comment. Adding a Comment from every Approver/Reviewer would be too much clutter within the module to see in artifact Comments.

The workaround is to use the rich text hover within the actual Review in DOORS Next to see which artifact each user Approved/Reviewed/Disapproved. This only seems to work if there are mixed results.
