The Reviews and the Reports should show the Review Status for each artifact with a time stamp so that we can tell when an artifact was approved or disapproved and by which Approver. This becomes problematic when there isn't a unanimous decision made. Which artifact did an Approver disapprove and when? We can determine an Approver's Review Status per artifact if the approvals or disapprovals are unanimous, but we still can't see the time stamp for when those artifacts were approved or disapproved. The only time we can see a time stamp with the Approver's Review Status per artifact is if the Approver makes a Comment with their Approval status. It doesn't make sense that an Approver would need to make a Comment every time they Approve an artifact in a Review just to get that time stamp and to know which artifact they approved.
