Provide option to split configuration comparison report output into multiple files with different section headings

This would be useful because the output of the report can be very large. For us, even a small report is unwieldy at more than 500MB. Having multiple files means that the report is much easier to open and share, rather than being one monolithic file. A checkbox could be used to specify splitting up the output. This report has a new page assigned to 11 different section headings, which could be split up into separate files. Change Sets, Artifact Types, Artifact Attributes, Attribute Data Types, Link Types, REQIF Definitions, Link Constraints, Folders, Tags, Views, Artifacts The report is not one of the document-style reports. It is found in the Configuration Context menu of the Project / Component Dashboard as [Compare Configurations…] Comparing configurations in the RM application https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/elm/7.0.2?topic=configurations-comparing
