Allow configuration of default value for Link Validity

Current situation:

When we create a new link, the link validity is set automatically to Suspect, then the user needs to set it Valid. In my opinion when a link is first created is Valid, otherwise the user would not create it. Why add an extra action to set it to valid?

Special use case:

During migration, when links are recreated based on links from the old tool, all newly created links need to be set to Valid, action which causes performance issues and TRS failure.

Request: 

Allow configuring in the Component Properties which shall be the default value for Link Validity. This way each company/ organisation can decide on their own if they consider newly created links as Valid or if they want to keep it Suspect until review from another person.

Or (easier): 

set all links to valid by default.
