Link validity configurable for system attributes

Context: We are about to fine tune the 'Affect Link Validity' property of artifact attributes in our model. Only changes made to a reduced set of meaningful attributes will affect the validity status of links, which will greatly reduce the workload of our users and improve impact analysis of changes.

Problem: ERM does not allow us to change the ‘Affect Link Validity’ property of the ‘Title’ attribute. This is the case for all system defined attributes.

The ‘Title’ attribute is not meaningful to us. We don’t want it to affect link validity. Furthermore, in our implementation, the value of this attribute is automatically computed by a tool. Computing it would raise unnecesary suspicion on many links at a time.

Impact: This greatly reduces or the gains we are expecting.

Goal of the idea: We wish to be able to remove Title from our list of meaningful attributes..

Why it is useful ?: We expect big gains in reducing workload, improving the efficiency of impact analysis and enhance tool acceptance.

How should it work ?: The "affects link validity" property of System defined RM attributes should be editable, at least for attributes that are editable.
