when merging between streams add a button to ignore all dependencies instead of having to select each one independently

When you are adding a new requirement to a stream and deliver it to another stream there could be many dependent change sets sometimes I have seen up ward of 40 dependencies.  Today I have to check the ignore box 40 times paging through several pages and within each page scrolling up and down to ensure I do not miss one.  When I have to deliver that change set to multiple stream ignoring many change sets takes time, wasted time when there should be a button that says "ignore all"
