Automatically add name and change date to attribute (e.g. Supplier Remark)

Current behavior: No information is added automatically to text attributes when editing the content of the attribute

Requested change: Defined information shall be added automatically to the text attributes as first line when attribute is selected for editing, like change date and name of person editing the text attribute. It shall be configurable for the attributes if information is added automatically and what information is added.

Change reason: When exchanging assessments of Stakeholder Request with the customer, the customer doesn't have the information, who did the change or comment. There have been complaints about this already.
Currently this information has to be added manually, but is forgotten regularly.
