Chosen Artifact should be in the same position even after we removed the filter

1. Chosen Artifact should be in the same position even after we removed the filter. ( If the user applied the filer search like "air" inside the module it will list down the air content artifacts, here user find and choose the required artifact, but once after we removed the filter also the same chosen artifacts should come for the same positioned artifact- Instead it comes the filter first resulted artifacts as the position to view)

2. User most common issue is that when navigate to the artifact that user want (e.g., from the "Module Explorer" widget) and then a few seconds later it scrolls off the screen due to links loading and other artifacts resizing. This doesn't just happen when initially loading a module; it also happens when navigating throughout a module or applying a new filter (particularly when it has a lot of "hits")

Above two might be expected behavior, but even after we remove the filter also if the choosen artifacts come to same view position its easy to work on quick manner, instead of scrolls down and find it again the artifacts.
