Let users know when following a hyperlink to an artifact if it is not part of their current view

When a user clicks on a hyperlink to an artifact through email messages or other, they should be given a warning message if that artifact is not within their current view selected. If their view has a filter and the artifact is not part of the filter, the hyperlink goes to the module without selecting an artifact. A user not paying attention to the artifact ID could simply select the top artifact in view for their analysis. If there was a popup warning message letting users know the artifact they are wanting to see is not part of their current view, it would cause less confusion and user error of analyzing the wrong artifact if the user does not match the artifact ID with the ID in the text link they were given
