Make Artifact Type included by default in all RRDG reports

Most of my customers use the document export wizard from Modules.

Most of my customers want to see Requirement IDs on Requirement artifact types only.

OOTB, the way to do this is to customize the export in RPE to do a REST call for every single artifact in the module. If a module has 1000 artifacts, that's 1000 REST calls, and that takes a long time.

If the Artifact Type was included in the RRDG-generated XML as a first-class citizen (similar to about, identifier, etc.) then this would make the same report take a few seconds to run. Since each artifact in DNG MUST have a type, this information can be assumed to always be there.
