Improve ReqIF in DOORS Next

Hi

Today, in DOORS Classic, when we use ReqIF to extract data, ReqIF enables the user to filter attributes to be included in the ReqIF.

On DOORS Next side, this possibility does not exist.

The request is : reconduct the same in ReqIF when we want to extract artifacts from DOORS Next.

Please see bullet 5: "Click Add Artifact or Add Module to select a module or select a shared view to specify exported artifacts and attributes from the module, as defined by the view's filter and columns."

Have you tried to use a module view as a way to select which attributes to export to ReqIF as documented in the following doc topic?
    https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/engineering-lifecycle-management-suite/doors-next/7.0.2?topic=files-exporting-reqif
"When you add a module, you can use a shared view to describe exported artifacts and attributes from the module, as defined by the view's filter and columns."
Please try to only add to the view the attributes that you want to export to ReqIF and then select that view when creating the ReqIF definition.

    Hi. Sorry for the delay.

To be more precise, in DOORS Classic, yes I can choose a view but additionally, I can restrict through the view, the only attributes I want to set in my ReqIF.

In DOORS Next, only the choice of the view is possible so all attributes are set in the ReqIF.

Consequence: when a ReqIF from DOORS Next is imported into another DOORS Next project, all the attributes are imported.

Which is not the case with DOORS Classic.

    Best regards.
