This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

We use the shared view feature in DOORS Next to limit the number of attributes that are exported in a module.
Described here in Step 5
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/engineering-lifecycle-management-suite/lifecycle-management/7.0.2?topic=files-exporting-reqif
"To select a shared view, select the module first, then select the view from the Select View pane. Select a share view to specify exported artifacts and attributes from the module, as defined by the view's filter and columns."
We need to restrict the number of attributes exported for privacy reasons and also to reduce the size of ReqIF files which easily go over 150MB. When ReqIF are too large you encounter performance issues on import and export. In a single ReqIF we commonly select at least 50 modules for export at a time. That means that we must perform the below operation 50+ times for every ReqIF export.
1) "Add Module"
2) Select the module in the folder hierarchy
3) Select the "Select View" panel and click on the relevant shared view link
4) Click "Add View"
Please provide a dialog similar to the current "Add Views to the ReqIF Definition" for "Add Module". When we add views from this, it does not restrict the number of attributes and so does not help us. Even if that is enabled by an advanced property, it would be a big help for us.
