The data warehouse should include the Creator attribute for all artifact types (test case, test plan, test script, test suite)

The data warehouse should include the Creator attribute for all artifact types (test case, test plan, test script, test suite). When creating a report in report builder using the DW (data warehouse) data source the Creator attribute is not available for test artifacts that include Creator, e.g. test case. The Creator attribute is available using the LQE (Lifecycle Query Engine) data source.
