This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

In some scenarios user accounts can be created with the same name, but with different user id and email address (a typical scenario could be change of employment status or someone who has left and rejoined).
In many of the ELM tool, although the user name is presented first, often the name is augmented with the user id (for example when adding members to project areas or team areas) and in many scenarios, the name is a hyperlink which can be hovered over to reveal the user id and email or address, or can be clicked to access that information.
In Report Builder the Report Creator and Report Owners are presented only as Text names, and the report owners can only be modified using their name, this makes it impossible to differentiate between different user accounts with the same name. It would be better if report builder adopted the same approach as other ELM tools, to allow the editor to identify the user id and email address of the Report Creator and Report Owners in addition to the user name.
