Report Configuration should include Change Set (LC) and Personal Streams (GC)

Reports need to be generated against configuration that contains undelivered Change Set.

For Local Domains, the "Choose a configuration" does not allow to select a Change Set.

For Global Configuration Management, the "Choose a configuration” does not allow to select a Personal Streams.

Furthermore, in a dashboard, we can set the widget to use the "Use current configuration."

Is the user is in a Personal GC stream, the widget will indicate that is uses the Personal  Stream configuration i.e. Pierre Bentkowski's Main Stream

But the report content displays the data of the GC Stream (i.e. Main Stream) from which the Personal Stream was  spawn. Not the Personal Stream data.

This is misleading and will result in viewing the wrong version of the data.

    The ability to create accurate reports for personal streams and change sets will help users greatly reduce the "pain" associated with conducting formal requirements reviews on requirements changes that span multiple changes sets (i.e. involving trace links to/from multiple configurations and project areas).

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it can not be implemented. Local configuration and personal streams are on the personal level, not something that could be included in the TRS for reporting.
    Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository.  We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products.
