Extend the Export - RS Export Reporting Image to ELO Pub to not only render charts but also render the RS formatted html tables

A user can investing in making the RS report perform and display how they want and by adding this extension it is an easy thing to input into PUB document without needing to re-format the data again giving the user complete control over how it renders in the doc as opposed to to modifying the DTA file. 

RS currently constructs DTA files and provides the URL for inputting a chart.. Calling this URL for displaying a chart works perfectly for charts eg

If a chart output in RS is not selected (eg table display) and you call this url for example it should convert the rendered html table into an image or return a xhtml version of the table. It currently just returns the header of the table and no data.. 

With that URL it is trivial to insert the image into PUB with that URL.
