Update the Test Team section so that it can record the test team of the effort for historical purposes; make use of the current functionality and more

The Test Team section can be extremely useful. It pulls in the team members currently loaded within a QM Test Team so that everyone involved in testing is listed within the plan. This is really great functionality. However, when the members of the selected team are updated, the list of team members in this section is also updated. It would be extremely helpful if this section could instead: 1. Pull in the list of team members on selection of a team 2. Update the list of team members via a sync (see functionality in other sections like Test Cases when Test Suites are updated) 3. Retain the list of team members unless updated 4. When the Test Plan is Approved or Retired, maintain the list of team members for future audit purposes Of course the team involved in testing can be surveyed from "who" did the actual test executions but that doesn't always demonstrate who worked on planning the testing or writing the test cases. With this enhancement, teams would gain an efficiency because there would be no need to "free form" write out team members via a new section (they could just be added) AND there would be a trail of everyone who contributed to a test plan at that point in time.
