RQM Artifact Template

I have created a template for test plan from manage artifact Template. I created a test plan using the template which i have created. Now i edited the template , edited some values in template and when i check the test plan created the values edited or modified is not reflecting in the plan.If i create a new test plan it is getting reflected. So what is the solution for getting reflected in other test plan which already created

    Could you please provide more details about the "values" modified in the template that you would like to see updated in the test plan?
    Also, would you like the test plan to be automatically updated when the template is updated or would you like to have a message to be displayed when you open the test plan that states the template has been updated and let the user decides whether or not to update the test plan based on the updated template?
    What would like to happen if the same section content has been updated both in the template and in the test plan using the template already?
