This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Thanks for this idea! For technical and strategic reasons, we have not pursued this development today. First, the way ESRS metrics are configured in the base platform is such that clients are able to copy certain ESRS account styles from the standard library. This allows them to edit their copy of the account styles should they wish to, if it matches their needs. However, in doing so, any further updates in the standard library by the product team will not be reflected in their edited version of account styles and it is up to them to maintain their own changes. In the same vein, having standard ESRS PowerReports that run on these standard account styles could potentially not run properly, if users edit their account styles. This is not a desired user experience that we would like to present to users. Second, we are currently working on mapping the ESRS account style library to the ESRS framework in SRM. This work is meant to tie together our ESRS solutions and move closer to a complete end-to-end offering, where PowerReports is an optional tool to ultimately put together a disclosure that helps users meet ESRS requirements. That said, we see the powerful visualization that PowerReport offers, and we will evaluate that once the mapping is established.
This would be really great for all the quantitative ESRS data points.
In this way the quantitative ESRS metrics would be easily accessable and tables can be copied directly into sustainability reports ensuring a single source of truth.
