I do agree, clients expect a renewed UI. It is perceived as a success factor for adoption by users. And this can make the difference in a software selection.
I agree with Roberto. We understand the importance of plans, but the Ui is perceived as a criteria to select a software, not the only one, but often a relevant one
Hi UI is becoming a reason to select or not select ESG SW as buyers need to make sure their teams will not oppose the change.
In a recent down selection we were told that although the client found our functionality more comprehensive and our approach more pro-active one of our main contacts and key decision maker favoured competitor's UI - which means that our richer functionalities have been completely overshadowed by competitors easier navigation and more intuitive UI. Have experienced similar feed-back in at least other 3 deals. This means that we are having to drop the price often on multi-year deals to try and mitigate the risk when the client feed-back is particularly strong and this has signing and revenue repercussions for IBM

I understand that the current interface may not meet the users' expectations, and I acknowledge that it might not look as polished as desired. However, I want to assure you that we are well aware of these concerns.
Internally, we have plans in the pipeline for a UI and IA refresh. Our team recognizes the need for a more aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interface, and we are actively working on it. Rest assured that once our team is ready, we will update the roadmap to reflect any upcoming changes.
