The all accounts grid does not include this count for performance reasons. We did try to include the count on that grid but the impact to the performance of this grid was unacceptable.
Envizi is looking at making UX improvements and one area being investigated is the grids. It is likely that the next form of the Envizi grids will be able to incorporate these values in the full organization view without the degrading the performance.
